David Schimmel, Founder, President and ECD
David combines creative thinking with pragmatic business acumen to help clients understand and capitalize on trends in the marketplace. Under his leadership, And Partners has become an internationally recognized branding consultancy that blends traditional design discipline with innovative technology and interactive design.
David works with brands across various industries, including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, apparel and retail, publishing, media, education, and advertising. His work has been recognized with prestigious communications awards such as a Gold Pencil at the One Show, and a Yellow Pencil from the British Design and Art Direction Awards, as well as numerous awards from PRINT, HOW, Communication Arts, Type Directors Club and Graphis. Current and past clients include Aman Resorts, American Express Publishing, BMW, Citigroup, Corcoran Sunshine, Douglas Elliman, Durst Organization, Hearst, Neenah Paper, OKO Group, Madison Realty Capital, Pacific Eagle, Property Markets Group, The Related Companies, SKANSKA, Standard & Poor’s, Tishman Speyer, VF Corporation and Vornado Realty Trust.
A frequent speaker at communications and design industry events and seminars, David has spoken at the AIGA National Conference, HOW Design Conference, Portfolio Center Atlanta and the Thinking Creatively Conference at Kean University. He serves on the Advisory Board of Portfolio Center in Atlanta, and has previously taught courses on branding at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. David is a sought-after judge at prestigious design competitions including the Addy Awards, Communication Arts, Graphis, Print, and HOW.
David is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Communication Design and Business.
Jarrett White, Principal
Jarrett brings a diverse perspective on marketing strategy, sales management and public relations for real estate through his work with a variety of highly respected New York City developers and sales/marketing agents.
Working closely with Harry Macklowe’s sales and marketing teams, Jarrett implemented integrated marketing and PR strategies for new construction and conversion properties (most notably 432 Park Avenue). Prior to Macklowe Properties, Jarrett was a Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial REalta Group where he increased brand awareness and market share across several offices in Manhattan.
At Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, he collaborated with developers, architects, designers, creative agencies and public relations firms on multiple condominium developments and conversions ranging in value from $20 million to $500 million. Jarrett provides distinct expertise to developers, property owners and brokers in both residential and commercial real estate.
He received his B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. at Fordham’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
Chuck Carrasco-Rudy, Creative Director
As a human first and a designer second, every day, every task, every adventure influences and evolves Chuck’s perspective and how he applies his thinking to the world that he creates and lives within. Chuck has always shown a curiosity in how people interact with art, design, and business. That innate human need to be able to connect with others through experience and design has been the beacon throughout his life. It’s this drive, coupled with his upbeat personality and creative thinking, that underpins the challenges he tackles to expand his expertise and better serve his client partnerships and personal development.
Prior to joining And Partners as Creative Director, Chuck started his professional journey with Chermayeff & Geismar, an internationally known and respected design agency, working on cultural, corporate, and experiential design challenges. He’s worked in-house with The New Victory Theater / The New 42nd Street and ran his own studio, Deluxe Design for Work + Leisure, with Clients such as Lincoln Center and Lure Wigs. His curiosity to experience smaller niche studios found him as a Design Director at Smart Design and Red Sky Interactive – while his big agency experience working on brands including, but not limited to American Express, BP, and Pernod Ricard came when he joined BIG (the Brand Integration Group) at Ogilvy & Mather as Executive Creative Director – which eventually merged with Brand Union. He last worked with SY/Partners and IBM developing experiential workshops around brand and leadership transformation.
Chuck has been invited to SVA and Pratt as a guest lecturer, recognized by numerous industry awards, and graduated from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, with a degree in Graphic Design.
Aimee Sealfon, Creative Director
Aimee has always passionately believed in the ability of design to change the world — specifically focusing on a human-centered approach to design and innovation, drawing inspiration from the insights and needs of the people that she is designing for. She is a fearless creative leader who seamlessly combines design, storytelling and cultural insights to innovate on behalf of clients and their brands.
Before joining And Partners as Creative Director, Aimee spent over a decade working within Johnson & Johnson’s Global Design Design where she collaborated with business partners across the global organization to apply design thinking in an effort to drive transformational innovation for the heath and well-being of all who used J+J’s products and services. Aimee recently spent two years in Rwanda, designing a more sustainable and holistic user experience for girls and women, in order to externally drive behavior change.
Her work has been featured in many industry publications, and she is the recipient of a number of design awards and multiple patents. Aimee earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Communications Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
Linnea Keys, Director of Hospitality Branding
Linnea is a strategic client services professional with experience in integrated brand design and marketing. Her core expertise is in the luxury hospitality sector. At And Partners she leads the firm’s hospitality practice, overseeing all new business, client management and project execution efforts.
Linnea has worked across the spectrum of advertising and design—from leading global digital agencies to boutique branding firms. She is a problem solver who thrives wearing multiple hats. “What’s ahead?” is always top of mind for her— both within the industry and for her clients.
Before joining And Partners, she managed full-scale branding initiatives for accounts including Mandarin Oriental, BCG, NIZUC Resort & Spa and the rebrand of Coach Inc to Tapestry while at Carbone Smolan Agency. Previously, Linnea worked for Wynn Resorts and MGM Resorts, managing strategic brand design and on-property implementation of their placemaking developments in Las Vegas and Macau. Her prior roles at 360i in NYC and Mission Media in Baltimore honed her expertise in digital media and development.
Linnea received her B.A. in History and East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
