Leadership
David Schimmel, Founder, President and Executive Creative Director
David combines creative thinking with pragmatic business acumen to help clients understand and capitalize on trends in the marketplace. Under his leadership, And Partners has become an internationally recognized branding consultancy that blends traditional design discipline with innovative technology and interactive design.
David is a trusted partner to brands across various industries, including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, fashion, and retail, publishing, media, education, and advertising. His work has been recognized with notable communications awards such as a Gold Pencil at the One Show; a Yellow Pencil from the British Design and Art Direction Awards; and numerous awards from PRINT, HOW, Communication Arts, Type Directors Club and Graphis. He has been a featured speaker at the AIGA National Conference, HOW Conference, Portfolio Center Atlanta, the Thinking Creatively Conference at Kean University, and the Four Seasons’ corporate leadership retreat.
Together with two friends, David co-founded the award-winning Casa Lotos Sotol Blanco, an ultra-premium Mexican spirit made from the dasylirion plant, which recently won both Double Gold and Best in Class from the prestigious Tasting Alliance.
David has taught courses on branding at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, served on the Advisory Board of Portfolio Center and is a sought-after judge at prestigious design competitions including the Addy Awards, Communication Arts, Graphis, Print, and HOW.
He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Communication Design and Business. David lives in Miami and New York with his brilliant wife Sarah, two daughters Eliana and Sophia, and an exuberant Sheepadoodle (Oreo), Labradoodle (Lily), and Coton de Tulear (Coco).
Linnea Keys, Partner and Principal, Los Angeles
Linnea is a strategic client services professional with experience in integrated brand design and marketing. Her core expertise is in the luxury hospitality sector. At And Partners she leads the firm’s West Coast office and hospitality practice, overseeing all new business, client management and project execution efforts.
Linnea has worked across the spectrum of advertising and design—from leading global digital agencies to boutique branding firms. She is a problem solver who thrives wearing multiple hats. “What’s ahead?” is always top of mind for her— both within the industry and for her clients.
Before joining And Partners, she managed full-scale branding initiatives for accounts including Mandarin Oriental, BCG, NIZUC Resort & Spa and the rebrand of Coach Inc to Tapestry while at Carbone Smolan Agency. Previously, Linnea worked for Wynn Resorts and MGM Resorts, managing strategic brand design and on-property implementation of their placemaking developments in Las Vegas and Macau. Her prior roles at 360i in NYC and Mission Media in Baltimore honed her expertise in digital media and development.
Linnea received her B.A. in History and East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
Marissa Bronstein, Chief of Staff
Marissa is a driving force behind strategic initiatives and operational excellence at And Partners. Her journey with the firm began over a decade ago as a college intern and culminates in her current pivotal role as Chief of Staff.
In addition to spearheading the agency’s operations, Marissa fosters robust client relationships and oversees select accounts. She is committed to delivering solutions that not only meet, but surpass expectations, forging enduring partnerships rooted in trust and mutual success.
Marissa graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and dual minors in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and International Studies. She brings a diverse skill set and a global perspective to her work.
Originally from New York, Marissa now resides in Miami, where she played a key role in opening up a Miami office for the agency, expanding its reach and impact in the dynamic South Florida market.
Michelle LaRocca, Director of Creative Operations
Craig Bailey, Associate Creative Director
Craig, a lead designer renowned in his field, specializes in luxury hospitality and residential real estate. He has extensive experience crafting master brands and visual identity systems for some of the industry’s most influential companies. Whether elevating globally recognized brands or launching new ventures to market, Craig uncovers distinctive narratives, shapes identities, and engineers precise design systems.
His design seamlessly intertwines with a wealth of brand strategy expertise, ingeniously weaving together elements to craft communications that resonate with the intended audience. From comprehensive branding initiatives to meticulously designed annual reports, Craig’s portfolio showcases a spectrum of work, including master brand identity systems and collateral material, broadcast, and book design.
Notable clients in his impressive roster while at And Partners include Oxford, Rudin Companies, VF Corporation, Neenah Paper, and Dweck Properties. Craig has also significantly impacted the non-profit sector with transformative projects, including the recent rebranding of Let’s Win Pancreatic Cancer. His ability to navigate corporate landscapes and meaningful causes underscores the depth and breadth of his creative influence.
Beyond the acclaim of industry awards, Craig’s work finds a permanent home in the collections of prestigious institutions like the iconic Museum of Modern Art in New York and San Francisco.
Craig is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas Christian University and currently lives in Philadelphia, working at the newly opened Philly location.
Teeraporn (Tee) Chomdej, Associate Creative Director
With a keen eye for detail and an innovative, multifaceted approach, Tee consistently pushes boundaries, leaving an indelible mark on every project she undertakes. Her portfolio is a testament to her versatility, seamlessly blending strategic branding in print, web, packaging, motion graphics, and art direction. She excels in finding what makes each project compelling and crafts identities with captivating visuals and immersive experiences.
Tee’s contributions span prestigious commercial and luxury residential real estate, hospitality, and fashion, including several Four Seasons locations, Nizuc Resort & Spa, Wynn Resorts, MGM Resorts, RXR Realty, Related Companies, Avalon Bay, and Douglaston Development. Tee’s proficiency is showcased in multidisciplinary design, where her influence extends beyond traditional projects to include placemaking brand design, notably contributing to The Battery Park in New York City.
Armed with a BA in English and Dramatic Arts with honors from Chulalongkorn University, an MS in Communications Design from Pratt Institute, and work experience in fashion editorial in Bangkok, Thailand, Tee brings a unique global perspective and a diverse skill set to her role at And Partners. In each venture, Tee’s creativity and strategic prowess exemplify a steadfast commitment to excellence in the world of design.
Tee currently lives in New York City and works at And Partners Headquarters, which is located near Madison Square Park.
Thanyanun (Pod) Nopmaneerasmee, Associate Creative Director
Pod is a “right brain/left brain” creative, a rare quality in the design world whose technical capabilities match her boundless creativity. Her unique blend of mathematical precision and innovation sets her apart as a designer who not only understands the technical intricacies but also infuses each project with a creative brilliance that leaves a lasting impact.
Pod stands as an exceptional designer at the forefront of luxury hospitality, leading transformative projects and crafting iconic visual identities for renowned global brands. Her illustrious career is marked by unparalleled contributions to esteemed national and international real estate and hospitality ventures, including prestigious names such as Aman, Mandarin Oriental, St. Regis, Wynn Resorts, MGM Resorts, RXR Realty, Related Companies, and Related Group. Beyond these renowned endeavors, Pod’s design ingenuity extends to diverse realms, from the boutique equestrian brand Brave Horse to innovative packaging and environmental design initiatives.
In addition to her design expertise, Pod has a rich background in photography. She holds a diploma in Mathematics and Art from Bodin Decha II and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Photography and Cinematography from Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep in Bangkok. Her educational journey culminated with an AOS degree in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute, further solidifying her expertise in the realm of design. Whether it’s transforming spaces or capturing moments through the lens, Pod’s multidimensional talents make her an invaluable asset to the creative landscape.
Pod currently lives in New York City and works at And Partners Headquarters, which is located near Madison Square Park.
